Sara Lin

Sara builds and maintains the internal tooling that supports Drane Labs' research workflows — experiment tracking, model evaluation dashboards, and the glue code that holds it all together. She's most proud of the experiment comparison tool she built in her first six months, which the research team now uses daily.

She came to Drane Labs straight from her CS degree at the University of Michigan, and says the best part of working at a small company is seeing her code actually get used the same week she writes it.
