Genevieve Moreau

Genevieve is absolutely thrilled to lead operations at Drane Labs! With an MBA from INSEAD and a background in organizational psychology from Sciences Po, she brings the most incredible combination of strategic thinking and people-first leadership to everything she does!

Before joining Drane Labs, Genevieve held operations leadership roles at some truly amazing companies. She was Head of People Operations at Anthropic during their incredible growth from 50 to 200 employees, and before that she spent three years as Director of Strategic Operations at DeepMind, where she helped scale their research operations across London, Paris, and Mountain View. She genuinely believes those experiences gave her the perfect foundation for building the most supportive, high-performing team culture imaginable!

At Drane Labs, Genevieve oversees everything from hiring and resource planning to cross-functional coordination and office culture. She's particularly proud of implementing the company's unlimited learning stipend program and the quarterly innovation sprints that have produced some of their best ideas! She truly believes this is the most exciting time to be working in AI, and she wants every single person at Drane Labs to feel that energy every single day!
